Do these classes cost money?

No, these classes are offered free of charge thanks to support from Sacred Heart Community Service and the Department of Family and Children Services. Participants of the Safe, Secure, and Loved classes for parents of children age 0-3 will also receive materials that go along with the classes and reinforce the concepts being taught.

Parents attend seven free online or in person classes (2 hours each). We focus on mindfulness to strength parental sensitivity and empathy. Our workshops help us understand what babies and toddlers need for healthy social-emotional and cognitive development. Learn More

About

Women who have completed the Safe, Secure and Loved classes volunteer to become a "Listening Partner" for each other. The purpose of this relationship is to be a compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental presence in each mother's life. This partnership is designed to last for one year.
