THE SCIENCE.
In collaboration with communities, Dr. Barbara Burns developed Resilient Families Parent Education Programs across more than 30 years of work as a developmental psychologist and early intervention specialist.

Our programs leverage the power of scientific research of early child development, neurobiology, and resilience to empower families to help their children build a more peaceful heart and strong and flexible mind.

Programs are designed to promote psychological strengths that can buffer the impact of adversity, trauma and poverty on young children's healthy development.
“I feel that everything that I have learned here has helped me in order to love myself and to be more positive in everything.
I know that I can keep moving forward.”
