OUR RESILIENT FAMILY.
Resilient Families Gilroy is a community-led organization that promotes intergenerational healing, family wellbeing and resilience in families in the South County area of Santa Clara County, California.
Through Mindfulness-based stress-reduction programming, parents learn how to better show up for themselves and for their children.
Parents participate in free classes led by mothers who have gone through the program themselves (promotoras). Children, in turn, receive their parents' renewed love, presence, and support.
